Exciting times ahead – your Brewy blend is just about ready! We take 1-2 business days to prep your order, and then it’s swiftly on its way to you via one of our trusted delivery partners. Keep an eye out for a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as it departs from us.
How do I track my order?

I think my order has been lost/ not delivered, what do I do now?
Got a delivery hiccup? No stress! Shoot us an email at support@brewy.com.au with your order info, and we'll jump on it. Quick tip: Check your courier's tracking link from our order confirmation email for the latest scoop. If there's a delay or something's not right with your order, let us know within 15 days of sending it out. We'll sort it with the carrier or help with any damages ASAP.

Do I have to pay import/custom fees?
For our customers in Australia, your order is shipped right from our distribution centers here in the country. This means you won't have to worry about customs fees or other additional charges. It's like having your order delivered from your own backyard!
For our customers in New Zealand, we recommend checking with your local customs office to find out if there are any importation fees associated with receiving your Brewy. Please be aware that you are responsible for any fees that may be charged upon arrival in your country.

How does the subscription model work?
When you first order Brewy on a subscription basis, you'll get an exclusive magic link in your email. This magic link is pretty powerful – it lets you control all aspects of your subscription, from modifying it to taking a brief pause from our delightful mushroom coffee blend. You get billed either monthly or fortnightly based on your chosen frequency.
How do I modify or cancel my Brewy subscription?
When you placed your first order, we sent you a unique magic link via email. Just click on that and it'll whisk you away to a page where you have full control – whether it's a tweak, a pause, or, although we'd be sad to see you go, a cancel. Can't find the magic link? Reach out and we’ll send it your way again.
Wait, I don't have an account with Brewy. How do I manage my subscription?
No account? No worries! We keep it breezy here at Brewy. You don't need an account to control your subscription. All the power rests in the magic link we sent to your email. Click on that, and you'll see all the options you need. If ever the link gets lost in the virtual realm, just let us know, and we'll send it over.
Can I choose when my Brewy gets delivered?
Totally get it, timing is everything! While you can't pick a specific day or hour, you can choose how often you want your Brewy: monthly or fortnightly. And if you ever feel like you're drowning in Brewy goodness, just use your magic link to skip or pause your next delivery. We're all about flexibility here!
What if I want to change the frequency of my subscription?
Fluctuating coffee needs? We get it. Simply click on your magic link, and you'll find options to adjust your delivery from monthly to fortnightly or vice versa. Brewy's always got your back (and your brew)!

I want to cancel or change my order!
Accidents happen, and if you need to change or cancel your order, please email us right away with the subject line "CHANGE" or "CANCEL". We will do our best to make the change for you. However, if your order has already been shipped from our fulfillment partner, you will need to go through our returns process.
